Exclusive Venues
The Landing at Pine Point
Located in a charming beachside community, this elegant venue offers seating for up to 250 for dinner or 400 for cocktail parties. Custom designed to host concerts and live performances, the facility has state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and audio visual systems. The Landing also features a grand entrance and staircase, 60-foot cathedral ceilings, oakwood performance stage, conference room, bridal suite, private veranda, stone patio, and ample parking.
Halo & Brick South
Thompson’s Point is a hub of creativity in the heart of Portland, Maine. Halo at The Point is a 6,800 square-foot open-concept venue located in the Brick North building of Thompson’s Point. This space bridges the rugged beauty of its exposed brick and classic 1800’s industrial architecture with modern audio and lighting amenities. The Halo at The Point offers a versatile setting for Black Tie to shape your vision.
Brick South is a strikingly distinctive space with warm brick walls, polished concrete floors, rough hewn wood, and towering steel beams. Steeped in history, the 25,000 square-foot space is both rustic and urban, providing a large, beautiful canvas for your unique event.
Pineland Farms
This spacious campus includes multiple meeting spaces, conference rooms, ceremony locations, and reception sites, many overlooking the scenic countryside of New Gloucester, Maine. The Pineland property offers everything from a modern ballroom with views of Mount Washington to an elegant tented field next to formal gardens. Black Tie can also customize your catering to serve a variety of award-winning Pineland Farms products for an unforgettable Maine farm-to-table experience.
Merrill Barn & Farmhouse at Pineland Farms
The Merrill Barn seats up to 75 guests – and the attached farmhouse can accommodate up to 21 people overnight. The Merrill Farmhouse is a peaceful setting for weddings, family reunions, and corporate retreats. Two more meticulously maintained guest houses are also available for groups of two or twenty.
Camp Hammond
Camp Hammond is a Victorian manor built in 1891 and located in the seaside town of Yarmouth, Maine, just a few miles from Portland. Listed in the National Register of Historic Places, Camp Hammond is the perfect setting for weddings, special occasions, conferences, and corporate gatherings. The large cottage-style period home features a two-story reception hall with suspended balcony, five working fireplaces, and quintessential Maine style and décor. The lush lawn and garden with fully tented herringbone-style patio are ideal for outdoor affairs.
